Crossroad Kerosene formed in late 2015, when guitarist Aaron Lucas, who was looking to make a change musically, reconnected with longtime friend and vocalist Cory Yoas, The first night the two were able to get together for this Country project, 2 songs were written and a few more started, it became clear the two felt they had something worth exploring. Cory was able to make a connection between band and drummer Scott Miller, who was a perfect fit for the band. Cory and Aaron continued to write and compile songs to record while the band was in the midst of a lengthy bassist search which led to the group rounding out its line up with bassist Jonny Nabors. In November of 2015 the band began recording its debut full length album with the hopes of an early April 2016 release. The band has been well received on the live circuit and looks to build on that in the coming year. Crossroad Kerosene mixes their own high energy songs with some great Country covers for a show that is enjoyed by a wide ranging audience.
