Billy Boyle

Billy Boyle is a singer-songwriter and long time enthusiast of the Nashville Tennessee music scene. He is proud to be considered a contemporary and traditional gospel music singer. He started his singing career performing gospel music in a quartet group with his brothers at the age of eleven in a rural west Tennessee county near Memphis. Billy left the gospel music scene to pursue a college opportunity and a degree in accounting. During his years as an accountant in government service, Billy continued to enjoy his love for music by writing songs that he performed in churches, at family reunions, and other public and charity events. Billy is a proud 2008 recipient of the esteemed Albert Gallatin Award for service of merit to the United States Government.

Billy is a self-taught guitarist who has written a catalog of lyrics with a profound creation of music that is unique, original, and spiritually inspired. He has a writing style that appeals to a wide variety of audiences of all backgrounds and ages. He is a lyricist at heart.

Billy has a catalogue of songs that include a flavorful mix of Americana folklore, gospel toe tapping country, nostalgic pop, contemporary and traditional Christian, as well as soulful, sultry, cool R&B sounds.
