Auttumn Dragonfly

 Autumn Dragonfly is an acoustic duet which formed in 2014 combing the mezzo-soprano, classically trained voice of Annie Stollmeyer with the musical arrangements and guitar voicing of Chas Adams. Inspired by classic ballads, rock and pop you get the perfect combination of fresh renditions of songs you love and their inspiring originals. Their debut concept CD, “Odyssey of the Heart” contains 7 new original songs, telling a beautiful tale of love and redemption.

Annie is a singer/songwriter, mezzo soprano who started her musical journey singing in choirs throughout high school and college. She studied music performance and music education at Middlesex County College and Kean University. Her influences include Patsy Cline, Karen Carpenter, Stevie Nicks, and Celine Dion. Annie started writing and recording professionally in 2007 down in Nashville TN with “Artist Development Network”. She continues to write, record, and perform with her acoustic guitar player, Chas Adams in “Autumn Dragonfly”.

Chas started playing guitar at the age of 12, heavily influenced by all the genres of the early 70’s, especially the singer songwriter and rock sound. Studying various guitar methods, including Micky Baker jazz, he graduated high school early and started his studies of music composition at Trenton State College at the age of 15. Playing with numerous local acts, he decided solo or duet work best suited his style and musical vision. In 2014, he joined Autumn Dragonfly with Annie Stollmeyer and continues to write and record while playing at local venues.
