Bio
Linsey Cone and Austin Taylor are singer/songwriters from Thomasville, Ga. They blend various flavors of country, blues, and southern soul into their original songs. Before trying their hand at combining their own lyrics and melodies, Linsey and Austin performed with their local cover band which they are still playing with regularly today. They have experienced some very humbling successes, such as having the chance to be the opening act for legendary country group, The Bellamy Brothers, as well as opportunities to perform at several other notable events in the South Georgia area. Drawing on both past and recent experiences, small town life, and just a love of music, the two have began to create a unique style of their own that is hard to really put in one category. Dynamic vocals and slick guitar playing bring these songs which are often in the form of a narrative to life with the perfect blend of feeling and imagery.
