Area 49 is a Rock band playing a mix of covers and original music. With a sound that is uniquely their own, they cover classic rock hits and 90s rock/alternative as well as some original interpretations of iconic songs from other genres. You will hear original music as well as songs by artists such as Tom Petty, Led Zeppelin, Pearl Jam, Live, The Wallflowers and Prince just to name a few. With a variety of musical tastes and a lifetime of experience, each member contributes to the songwriting process as well as the band interpretation of cover songs.
